Frequently Asked Questions

1. My car has a few dents. How much will it cost to fix them?

We can determine the price of repairs only after a damage inspection. You can study this process in detail under the "Damage Check" and "Pricing" menus. In the absence of an inspection, we can only provide an informative price offer over the phone.

2. If I go there now with my car, will you be able to fix the dent now right away?

Our company works by appointment. We can only serv our customers at a reserved appointment. Appointments can only be made in advance via the phone number provided on the website or via the online booking form. Online booking is only valid if confirmed by e-mail. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call the phone number provided for another appointment

3. I would like to vacuum out the dents on my car. Do you do this?

Vacuum dent repair does not exist by itself. Paintless PDR dent repair is performed using a pulling technique with glue, a pressure technique with special special tools, and sometimes with an electro-inductive repair device. There is a extraction tool that works on the vacuum principle, but it can only be used in partial operations.

4. Does my car need to be taken apart for repairs?

Paintless dent repair is basically a non-destructive technology that does not require demolition. However, for example, in the case of repairing ice damage, it may be necessary to professionally remove the roof upholstery, engine compartment cover, luggage compartment cover, and light fixtures. Disassembly and reassembly is carried out professionally, using special tools.

5. My car is damaged by hail! What should I do, contact directly to my insurance company?

If your car is damaged due to storm damage, ice damage, and ice damage and you have CASCO insurance, your insurance company will settle the damage amount in addition to the deductible, if the legal basis is recognized by the insurance company.

You have the option to contact your insurance company directly to settle the damage. Then a damage expert will inspect the car after making an appointment. This usually happens in street conditions, which do not allow for an exact damage assessment. Then, based on experience, it is necessary to request a supplementary inspection in a specialist workshop from the insurance company.

If you contact our workshop directly and give us an authority written for repairing, we will carry out the entire process for you, from the damage inspection to handing over the repaired vehicle!

6. Most of the body of my car is aluminum. Can dents be repaired on these surfaces as well?

Aluminum is a more brittle and hard metal than traditional cold or hot rolled iron. Car manufacturers are using it more and more often, as it is significantly lighter, so it plays a big role in reducing the weight of the vehicle. Secondly, it does not rust in the traditional sense, although oxidation can form on its surface, which sometimes manifests itself in blistering of the paint layer.

Dent repair of aluminium parts of the car body is a bit more difficult task due to the brittleness of the material. However, if the dent is not too rough, its location is easily accessible, and it is not located in the parts of the profile folded back multiple times, these bodywork elements can also be successfully repaired with PDR technology in most cases.
